I was a late-comer to coffee drinking, just taking it up a few years ago. I get up at 4am for my morning workout, which means that I hit a significant mental lull around 3pm or 4pm each day. Now I rely on that afternoon cup o' joe to push me through the end of the workday!

I just don't know the reason why my grandpa loves to drink coffee early in the morning. He said that coffee drinking is good for his health but my teacher said it is bad. I don't know who's correct.
