Hey, it's certainly possible! I'm not an iPhone owner myself (still have the old Treo until I can upgrade to a BlackBerry) but I know one of the great iPhone features is the option of adding applications. And it looks like there are plenty of iPhone app's out there that are perfect for us runners as well as other fitness-oriented folks.
