A 5am run with the crew, including a long warm up, a spirited 10 x 1 mile interval session on the high school track with 200 m recoery jogs in between, followed by about 3 miles of cooldown running. Total mileage was 20.01, total running time was 2:22:40. That was a workout we'll laugh about for quite some time, I may see track "lanes" in my sleep for a while.
