My Armstrong Showdown Training Log: 4.17.08

Well, Sattler's in D.C., Byram was a no-show and, probably due to his advanced age, O'Toole can no longer handle more than one 5am start per week, so it was a solo run for me this morning.  I had planned on a very easy pace, but somehow ended up with a 7:13 average pace.  Again, all this tapering stuff is getting me antsy.  I am absolutely committed to a very pedestrian pace tomorrow...gotta save it for Armstong!

8.6 miles this morning and I'm down to two more workouts before the big Boston showdown.
